VP of Business & Marketing at Dirtybit
I joined Dirtybit in 2015, and in my role I’m working with business relations and partnerships, PR, App Store Optimization and marketing, management and live-ops, including handling our AdOps (optimizing revenue, keeping in touch with ad networks and monitoring performance). Started as employee number 8, now recruiting for employee number 18, so I've been part of growing the company. Company culture is a topic close to my heart, and I'm very excited to be a speaker at Nordic Game talking about building and sustaining a company culture. I have been involved in different efforts to make the Norwegian games industry grow and become more visible, as the point of contact for Dirtybit's relations with Norwegian governments and relevant organisations. One of the highlights must have been playing our game Fun Run 2 with their Majesties the King and Queen of Norway and the President of Finland at a state visit in Helsinki in 2016. We reached 100 million downloads for our games in the Fun Run series (mobile) last year, all organic growth.
